Agreement to Terms
By accessing this website or booking a class, private instruction, or membership with Summit Firearms Academy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use this website or our services.
Who We Are
Summit Firearms Academy provides firearms training, including group classes, small-group workshops, private instruction, and membership programs, serving the East Valley Phoenix metro area.
Eligibility
By booking training, you confirm that you are legally permitted to own, handle, or be present around firearms under applicable federal, Arizona, and local law.
Bookings and Payment
Course and private instruction pricing is listed on our website and is subject to change.
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
Booking a class does not guarantee a specific instructor, time slot, or location beyond what’s confirmed at the time of booking.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled class are eligible for a full refund or reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable but may be eligible for a one-time reschedule. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy for full details.
Memberships
Membership is billed on a recurring monthly basis through our membership platform.
You may cancel your membership at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds are issued for the remainder of that period.
We reserve the right to change membership pricing or benefits with reasonable notice to active members.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are non-refundable and do not expire.
Gift certificates may be redeemed toward eligible classes and services as indicated at the time of purchase.
Assumption of Risk and Waiver
Firearms training involves inherent risks, including the risk of serious injury or death. This Terms of Service page does not replace or substitute for the separate liability waiver and assumption-of-risk documentation you must sign before participating in any in-person training. All participants must sign a separate waiver of liability, either digitally before class or in person at the start of the session, before participating in any hands-on training.
By booking a class, you acknowledge that you understand training will involve the handling of firearms and, where applicable, live ammunition, and that you voluntarily assume the risks associated with that training.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Summit Firearms Academy and its instructors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or participation in our training programs, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct where such limitation is not permitted under Arizona law.
User Conduct
When using this website or booking our services, you agree not to:
Interfere with the security or normal operation of the website
Provide false information during booking or registration
Use the website for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to access member-only content (such as the video library) without an active membership
Intellectual Property
All content on this website – including text, course materials, video content, and branding – is the property of Summit Firearms Academy unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
This website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
