Ongoing Training, Not a One-Time Class

Most firearms training ends the moment the class does. Membership is built to keep it going.

For $10 a month, Basic Membership keeps you learning between classes - monthly training videos, law updates, and real case studies that most owners never get after their initial training.

why it exists

Why Membership Exists

A single class - even a good one - is a snapshot. Self-defense law changes. Skills fade without practice. Confidence built in a two-hour class doesn't stay sharp on its own.

Membership exists because firearms competence isn't something you finish. It's something you maintain. Instead of waiting until you're overdue for another class, membership keeps a small amount of ongoing education and access built into your routine - so the learning doesn't stop when the class ends.

find your fit

Is Membership Right for You?

Membership is a good fit if:

You've completed a class and want to stay current on self-defense law and best practices

You're not ready to commit to in-person training yet, but want to stay engaged

You want a low-cost way to keep learning without another full class

If you're only interested in a single class experience, that's a fine choice too - membership is there whenever you're ready for more.

Why Beginners Choose Summit

Membership fits differently depending on where you are in your training. A common path looks like this:

You don't have to follow this exact order - some members join before ever taking a class, just to start learning. But for many, membership becomes the thread that connects each class together, rather than starting over every time.

common questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Is a membership actually worth it if I've only taken one class?

If you want to keep learning between classes - monthly training videos, law updates, real case studies — membership is built for exactly that, and it's a low-cost way to stay engaged. If you're only interested in a single class experience, that's a fine choice too.

Can I learn everything through membership, without ever attending a class?

Some of it. Legal education and conceptual content are part of membership. Safe handling skills still require in-person, hands-on instruction - that's what the classes themselves are for.

Is there a contract or minimum commitment?

Membership is billed monthly. Specific cancellation terms can be found in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
